ABS SALUTES:
Malcom Chipp | Past Honorees

Malcom Chipp, warehouseman extraordinaire at our Valdosta, Georgia facility.
Malcom was a very busy man during 2004, shipping $2.84 million in ABS products by himself. He’s modest about this impressive feat, quietly taking it all in stride.
“It was a good year,” Malcom says, simply.
Jonathan Lapkiewicz, ABS division manager in Georgia, says, “Malcom is a very dedicated employee and his devotion to his family is inspiring.”
Malcom, in turn, says, “This is the best company I’ve worked for. There’s a lot of freedom to do your job without someone looking over your shoulder all the time.”
When he’s not riding his forklift and shipping products out of the ABS warehouse, Malcom relishes his role as a husband and father. He and his wife Tamika are proud parents of two young sons, 10-year-old Malcom Jr. and 3-year-old Malikk.
In the Chipp household, you’ll often find Malcom playing the latest X-Box video games with his kids. Madden NFL 2005, The Simpsons Road Rage, and NBA Street are three family favorites.
And who’s the current video-game champ? “Both my sons are fighting for the lead and I’m trailing the pack,” Malcom says with a smile.
