    Cynthia is a great employee. She brings sensitivity and compassion to her job, and she arrives at work every morning with a smile on her face, despite a long 90-minute commute.
    Customers appreciate Cynthia’s knowledge, patience and flexibility. She’ll often put off lunch or stay after hours, taking extra time to answer customers’ questions or clarify information.
    For Cynthia, interacting with customers is one of the more rewarding aspects of her job. “I really try hard to earn the trust of our customers,” she says. “To do that, you need to take the time to know and understand them.”
    Away from the office, Cynthia and her husband Jerry are busily raising three sons, three years apart—Jay (14), Joshua (11) and Jacob (8). The Alvarez family is passionate about traveling and Mexico is a favorite destination.
